Depending on the inventory availability of purchased products, we strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. Typically, it takes between 3 to 5 business days to ship items in stock. Please note that we cannot guarantee a delivery date as we use external delivery services (e.g., Purolator). However, we will do our best to ensure your items arrive quickly and safely.
Items ordered specifically for a sports or school association, a team, or through our embroidery and printing service may be ready in-store within 10 to 21 business days following your purchase/deposit date, depending on the items, the scope of your order, and inventory availability from suppliers. Seasonal traffic volume may also affect production times. An additional delivery time of 3 to 5 business days by our shipping providers must then be calculated if you have chosen the home delivery option.
Lavoie La Source du Sport does not refund any return shipping fees, even in the case of defective merchandise. We are not responsible for the presence of defects in products, as we do not manufacture the products we sell. Please contact us to learn about warranties on a product that may be defective, which are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty only and not by the retailer.
